The dairy cheeses are proposed in different maturing stages with spontaneous bloom of moulds and mites. Besides the typical Valtellina’s cheeses there are also other types of mountain cheeses.
LATTERIA BONGETTA: a cheese produced with vaccine cow’s milk that comes from mountain crops. Depending on the maturing, it is possible to obtain dairy young or aged cheese.
LATTERIA NOSTRANO BONGETTA: produced with vaccine cow’s milk and matured for 60 days at least. Depending on the maturing, it is possible to obtain aged cheese (over 6 months).
LATTERIA GUSTOSO: produced with vaccine cow’s milk and matured for 60 days at least. A sweet, aromatic and characteristic flavor.
Other different kinds of dairy cheeses: STRAVECCHIO TELLINO, LATTERIA MORBIDO, LATTERIA SAPORITO and CARNIETTA. |
