PDO FONTINA is an Italian cheese with Protected Designation of Origin (P.D.O).
Characteristics: fat cheese with a soft paste made with vaccine whole cow’s milk. It is characterized by a sweet, more or less intense flavor, depending on the maturing.
FONTAL is a cheese made with whole pasteurized milk with the same characteristics of Fontina and Emmental cheese. Characteristics: sweet and fresh flavor, quite soft paste.
